About the event
This course is designed to train individuals who are competent in their personal skills as a SUP paddler, and they are seeking development to be able to teach and instructor others. This course is also for individuals who may already be teaching SUP, but they lack a formal certification. Information can be found about becoming an ACA instructor. The Level 1 Introduction to SUP and Level 2 Essentials of SUP Instructor Cerfification Workshop (ICW) is a combined Instructor Development Workshop (IDW) and Instructor Certification Exam (ICE). Essentially, it is a training for L1 and L2 Instructors with an assessment. At higher instructing levels, these will be separate.
