About the event
The Level 4 Open Coastal Kayak Instructor Development Workshop is structured as a developmental training to prepare candidates for a future Instructor Certification Exam. The workshop will involve further development of personal skills, leadership, and instruction and teaching in the Level 4 OWCK venue and conditions. This will involve scenarios and simulations alongside candidates teaching actual paddlers with mentorship and feedback from the Instructor Trainers.
